Project Ownership

Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed deliverables shall transfer to the client, except for third-party components, licensed software, and proprietary tools utilized during development.

  • Jaxion Technologies reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment or violations of these Terms.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except:

11. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:
